DePaul University has a Lighter Load

The e-cigarette may lighten custodians’ loads around campus, but these tar-free alternatives aren’t marketed as a cureall for those hoping to quit.

Sophomore Tommy Lawler recently made the switch from tobacco cigarettes to an e-cigarette and hasn’t thought of going back.
“I’ve been using it for the last two weeks and it calms my nicotine cravings,” Lawler said. “It was a transition process, but now I just smoke the e-cigarette.”

  5. I started cigs when I was a kid. It was the dumbest wrong move I’ve made. Now I’m much older I have found quitting is literally impossible. I used all of the quitting aids but none helped. Then I heard about the e cig. No toxic chemicals at all. They have luckily changed my life. No more inhaling cancerous substances feels great!
